The service
QuoteChaser helps contractors and service businesses follow up on outstanding estimates. It does not guarantee responses, jobs, revenue, or any particular business result.
Acceptable use
You may send follow-ups only to people who requested or received a legitimate estimate. You must honor opt-outs and must not use QuoteChaser for purchased lists, unsolicited cold email, deceptive content, or abusive messaging.
Billing
QuoteChaser Pro is $99 per month after a 14-day trial unless different pricing is shown at Checkout. Stripe manages payment methods, renewals, failed payments, and cancellation.
Your responsibility
You remain responsible for your estimates, customer relationships, message content, legal basis for contact, account security, and accuracy of information you provide.
Before launch, replace these starter terms with counsel-reviewed terms and add the legal entity, governing law, support contact, warranty limits, and liability provisions.
