What QuoteChaser processes
QuoteChaser processes contractor and business account details, company settings, subscription state, outstanding estimate details, customer contact information supplied by the business, message delivery events, and customer responses. Businesses are responsible for adding only customers they may legitimately contact about an existing estimate.
How information is used
Information is used to run estimate follow-ups, stop messages after a response or opt-out, notify the business, provide billing, secure the service, and measure product operation. QuoteChaser does not sell customer contact information.
Service providers and retention
The service relies on Supabase for data and authentication, Stripe for billing, Resend for email, and Vercel for hosting and scheduled jobs. Data is retained as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Security and choices
QuoteChaser uses tenant isolation, row-level policies, server-side authorization, private storage, signed customer links, and webhook verification. Customers can stop follow-ups from any message.
Before launch, replace this operational starter policy with counsel-reviewed terms and add a monitored privacy contact address.
